Chapter 19 The blond guy was completely terrified! This isn't human, it's a monster!
Some were terrified, while others were excited.
not far away,
Xiao Rou's eyes shone like two stars, her mouth was slightly open, her eyelashes trembled gently in the morning light, and her whole face was glowing.
The little deer jumped up, her ponytail swinging in a cheerful arc behind her head, and let out a clear squeal.
"Ah—! Brother Mo, you're so handsome!"
She hugged Xiao Rou tightly, and the two of them jumped around on the spot, laughing like two children who had received candy.
The other girls also looked at Chen Mo with admiration and excitement, their eyes sparkling as they gazed at him, barely able to contain their excitement!
The JK girl stood next to Coco, her eyes fixed on Chen Mo, her cheeks slightly flushed, her heart racing, and her breathing rapid.
Girls always fantasize that one day a prince on a white horse will descend from the sky when she is in the most danger and pull her out of the abyss.
She thought it was just a fairy tale.
But now, that fairy tale is standing right in front of her.
There really was a man who, like a god, descended from the sky when she was in the most danger and rescued her from peril!
The JK girl felt her heart pounding so hard it felt like it was going to jump out of her throat, her cheeks burning, her eyes glazed over, and her mind completely blank.
The five young women stood there, their faces drained of color, their legs trembling, and they had to support each other to keep from collapsing.
They kept their heads down, not daring to look at Chen Mo, and even suppressed their breathing to the lowest level, afraid of making a sound that would attract the man's attention.
Chen Mo bent down and used his toes to pick up the fallen machete from the ground.
The machete tumbled twice in the air before landing steadily in his hand.
He twisted his wrist, and the machete twirled beautifully in his palm, the blade drawing a silvery arc in the morning light.
Then Chen Mo grabbed it from behind, with the tip of the knife pointing downwards.
He walked up to the golden retriever.
The golden retriever stared at the machete in Chen Mo's hand, his pupils shrinking to pinpoints.
His legs buckled, and his knees slammed against the concrete with a dull thud. His voice trembled with tears as he pleaded for mercy:
"Brother! I was wrong, brother!"
"Don't kill me...please, brother...don't kill me..."
Chen Mo squatted down and placed the blade of the machete against the golden retriever's shoulder.
The cold blade pressed against his shoulder through his thin clothes, and the blond man froze, as if he had been paralyzed, not daring to even breathe.
He glanced out of the corner of his eye at the gleaming knife on his shoulder, the blade less than three fingers' width from his neck, and he could even feel the chill emanating from it.
The golden retriever was tense all over, not even daring to swallow.
He wouldn't be so afraid if someone else held a knife to his neck.
But the man in front of him, unarmed, took down more than twenty of his armed brothers in less than three minutes.
Especially the man's eyes, cold and ruthless, devoid of any emotion.
The golden retriever had no doubt that if he wanted to, he could chop himself up like a vegetable in the next second.
His body trembled violently, his lips quivered, tears and snot streamed down his face, and he mumbled incoherently over and over again.
"Brother...I really...know I was wrong...I really...won't do it again...Brother, please forgive me...I beg you..."
Chen Mo looked at him calmly, then turned to Coco and spoke gently.
"Have your friend come over."
Coco then came to her senses and quickly pulled the JK girl to Chen Mo's side.
The five young women didn't dare to stop them. They were so frightened that their bodies went limp, their legs felt like lead and they were rooted to the spot, unable to even lift their hands.
Chen Mo looked at the JK girl and pointed to the blond-haired man kneeling on the ground.
"Did he hit you? Go and hit him back."
The JK girl looked up at Chen Mo with adoration, her eyes shining.
Then he looked down at the golden retriever kneeling on the ground, pursed his lips, and hesitated.
Coco leaned close to Chen Mo's ear and whispered something.
"Brother, my friend is a bit timid."
Chen Mo nodded, softening his tone.
"Then tell me who hit you, and I'll help you get revenge."
The JK girl bit her lip, hesitated for two seconds, and then timidly pointed her finger at the blond-haired girl.
Chen Mo did not ask a second question.
He raised his hand, flipped his wrist, and swung the machete face down at the blond-haired man's mouth.
Snapped!
A crisp sound.
The golden retriever was slapped so hard he fell to the ground, and three bloody teeth flew out of his mouth, falling to the ground mixed with blood.
He covered his mouth and let out a bloodcurdling scream.
He rolled around on the ground, blood seeping from between his fingers and dripping onto the gray cement floor.
Chen Mo stood up and looked at the JK girl.
Is anyone else here?
The JK girl shook her head, her gaze towards Chen Mo filled with even more admiration.
Chen Mo, carrying a knife, walked up to the golden retriever who was still screaming in pain.
The golden retriever was covering its mouth, struggling to crawl away, its elbows on the ground and its knees scraping against the concrete, wriggling like an injured worm.
Chen Mo stepped on his back.
The golden retriever suddenly stopped!
Chen Mo bent down and stuck the machete into the ground next to the golden-haired man's face.
The blade was less than two fingers' width from the golden retriever's shoulder, and the golden retriever was too scared to move.
He tilted his head, glancing at the knife out of the corner of his eye, his pupils shrinking to pinpoints, then slowly raised his head to look at Chen Mo.
The ferocity and arrogance that had been there before were gone from those eyes; only fear remained.
It's like seeing the King of Hell!
"Brother... I really... know I was wrong..."
His mouth was slapped raw, and air leaked out, making his voice muffled.
"Please... have mercy on me... I'll never do it again... please..."
Chen Mo looked at him calmly.
That's all for today.
"If I ever find out you dare to bully them again, I won't let you off the hook. Do you understand?"
The golden retriever nodded hurriedly, its forehead hitting the cement floor with a thud.
"I understand now... I get it..."
"Repeat it once," Chen Mo said calmly.
The golden retriever swallowed a mouthful of blood, and repeated in a trembling voice:
"I will never... dare to bully them again..."
Chen Mo looked at him, his tone still calm.
"It's not just you. If I find out anyone bullies them, you'll be the first person I hold accountable. Understand?"
The golden retriever's eyes widened suddenly.
He understood.
This not only meant telling him not to bully others, but also making him watch over those girls to prevent them from being bullied.
Otherwise, whoever did it will have to take the blame.
A bitter feeling welled up in his heart, but he dared not utter a single word of dissent, nodding his head like a chicken pecking at rice.
"I understand... I understand... Don't worry, brother... I will definitely..."
Chen Mo lifted his foot off his back.
"Get lost."
Golden Retriever felt like he had been granted a pardon. He struggled to get up from the ground, his severed right arm hanging limply at his sides. He covered his still bleeding mouth with his left hand and limped out of the alley.
Seeing their boss run away, the underlings lying on the ground endured the pain and got up one by one. Some held their arms, some clutched their ribs, and some were helped up, tumbling and crawling after him.
Three or four electric bikes were knocked over, and no one paid any attention. Machetes and steel pipes were scattered all over the ground, and no one dared to come back to pick them up.
Seeing that the main group had all run away, the five young women exchanged glances and began to move towards the alley entrance.
They wanted to slip away quietly.
"Did I let you leave?"
